The ground hog was caught and another trap was left. He told me he would let me know if it was male or female

Two traps were set because of the ground hog's travel pattern. Neil wanted to ensure there was not another ground hog that was using the same hiding space.

Traps were removed. Was not available to speak with Technicians. They were courteous throughout this process. However, I hope I never have the need for this service again for any animals. Definitely would recommend your company to others.

I was told there was no evidence of additional activity and the next day, the traps would be removed. All concerns were addressed.

He was able to safely get a nursing raccoon and the next day her five babies from my attic. Consistent monitoring of the traps and hole cover. Kept in contact by phone with the situation. Final removal included a sheet metal cover to prevent return of the raccoon. Didn't catch the culprit but now that he is gone we will have peace of mind until repairs can be completed.

We have been using Critter Control over the last few years for those pesky mice that find there way in the attic part of our house. The technician always is very helpful and helps find the entry of the mice and takes care of the problems. They come out anytime for a recall if the problem persist, but usually the problem is solved when they make their initial call. My bedroom is now BAT free! The service technician did an excellent job! Found the bat fairly quickly, caught him/her with no difficulties, and took the poor thing away to be tested. I greatly appreciated his advice on possible entry points. Since this is our first experience in having a bat in the house during the 40+ years we've lived here...there are no indications at it will be a continuing problem, but he advised me on what to look out for. Caught another one. We hope that he is the last one. Have not heard any inside activity for a couple of days but we caught this guy by the entry hole in the eves so he was probably using it too. Tom (who came out to handle our animal issue) was very nice. The company worked within our schedule and everyone was extremely polite. Having to deal with a wild animal issue is never fun (a lot like getting your teeth drilled or having a tire changed) but nice people always make the process less painful. I had an infestation of squirrels in my attic that created a huge mess and did a great deal of damage to my home. The Critter Control people (Jason was the sales rep and JP was the tech who did the work) were awesome. They didn?t just set traps?.They also repaired the damage, cleaned and sanitized the attic, and installed devices to prevent future infestation. But if that happens, they will take care of it as part of their contract. I am more than satisfied with their work and their professionalism and I would recommend them without hesitation.

My experience with critter control has been very positive. Kristjan was very kind and patient when giving me a thorough explanation of his diagnosis when he came to do an initial inspection of my attic. He gave me a detailed explanation of the process to eliminate the critters, and his shared knowledge and explanation was appreciated. John-Mark was also extremely kind, thorough, and helpful. He communicated via text with me when he was coming and going, as well as exactly what work was completed. He also was willing to speak to me, after working on my roof all day, to once again explain the process which corroborated with what Kristjan told me. I am very pleased with the quality of professionalism and work that Kristjan and John-Mark have provided.

All the people who came out to help trap my squirrel issue were always responsive and letting me know when they would be by to check traps. They?ve even sorted out issues I didn?t even know I had- such as having a pair of raccoons in my chimney and alerting me to a possible gas leak (which, thankfully, was a non-issue!)

The tech always calls the evening before the service date, and calls again to keep me updated on the condition of the traps and bait, which tells me the activity that's going on.

All of the guys from Critter Control were SO helpful! I was genuinely terrified of the opossum in my crawl space and they went above and beyond to make sure it was caught! They even left traps for extra days at no cost and added extra traps when I was concerned of not catching anything. Although the services seem pricey, it was 100% worth it given the peace of mind and knowing they provide a warranty for 30 days, should I hear any new animals! They came out to inspect our attic to see what animal was running around up there. While up there they found bat feces and set a trap to catch the critter. They also came back to clean up the feces and blow in new insulation. They also plugged holes and set bat escapes. Fortunately they were able to trap the critter and find him a new home! I used Critter Control for squirrel trapping and the removal of three nests in different trees. I was out of town when they trapped, so they would send me photos each day of the squirrels they trapped. When I came home I noticed two of the nests weren?t fully removed, one was very high up. They came back almost immediately and removed the remaining nests. They were also honest about not using poison traps for chipmunks or spraying for ants because of my dog. I recommend them for any pest control needs.

We had been hearing some loud scratching above our bedroom ceiling, called critter control and Vernor came to do the inspection, it turns out we had a large opening hidden by a soffit on the roof, we had a squirrel coming and going we also have had a birds nest and bird had gotten inside attic and turns out we have mice in attic as well. Vernor was very thorough was able to provide pictures to show us and also kept me calm over the situation. He was fantastic, JP set a squirrel trap up on roof, He did a great job with that, Bill is going to be checking in with us monthly for the mice to make sure that?s taken care of and JohnMark just did the repair on our roof on top of the roof beautifully to close the hole off from anymore animals to come in. We had a problem with a Raccoon in out attic and dislodged soffit. Provided a 5 day to catch the Raccoon which they did and reposition the soffits but not securely so they had to return when I complained. Overall satisfied by their performance. Total cost was $600.00.

I called CC after a very disappointing experience with Orkin. The Orkin Tech refused to go into my attic because he was afraid there was too much insulation. Anyway, I called CC, they came out within a day, actually went into the attic (both attics!) and found the pests and their access points. They removed any carcasses and insulation that was ?dirty?, sanitized the attics and set live traps around the house. They came out daily to monitor the traps for a week. Afterwards, they fixed the 3- small areas where the critters were getting into the attic. They are quick to respond, friendly, and do the job right. The only downside is they are not inexpensive. But sometimes you have to pay more to have something done right.

Enlisted Critter Control to get rid of squirrels who were having a party in my attic. I was quite pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.
